Being a first generation Canadian with Italian parents, I grew up surrounded by big families, delicious food and a deep connection and respect for nature.  Digging my fingers in the dirt,  preparing experimental dishes and exploring new trails... all these discoveries conjure pictures and words in my introspective mind.

While engaging in the daily grind of traditional working life, I have secretly been a collector of "lovely & unique things".  Awed by the beauty of the world around me - both natural and created - "sun motes" is a look into that other side of me.
